ARC ANGEL BUYER AGREEMENT
Ownership and Responsible Use
Carefully read the terms and conditions of this agreement before checking the Agree and Submit Order box at the end of the agreement. By checking the “By checking this box, I agree with the Arc Angel Buyer Agreement and want to submit an order” you become a party to this agreement and are bound by the contents.
By purchasing an Arc Angel Industries product, the buyer joins Arc Angel’s commitment to a safer more humane world by agreeing to use the Arc Angel products for defense only, to store the device in a safe and secure place, out of the reach of children and away from others who have not read and agreed to the published safety instructions and good practices.
Arc Angel Industries are not responsible for any physical harm or damage from the use or misuse of our Electronic Energy Device (EED). By purchasing a EED from us you understand that Arc Angel Industries does not warrant that you may legally purchase, possess, or carry these products according to any state or local laws.
I, the buyer, affirm that I am at least 18 years of age and do not fall into one of the following categories: convicted felon; fugitive from Justice; substance abuser; unlawfully within the US; dishonorably discharged from the military; subject of a court order prohibiting harassing, stalking, or threatening another person; and convicted of the misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
By purchasing an Electronic Energy Device from Arc Angel Industries, the buyer warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership and use of the item.
The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Arc Angel Industries and its affiliates for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership and use of the item in compliance or violation of federal, state, and local laws or regulations. Please review the Laws and Restrictions section before ordering. Contact your local and state authority before ordering if you are in doubt.
The invention and sale of Arc Angel Industries Electronic Energy Device (EED) is to provide the adult, law-abiding public with a safe means of self-protection. Arc Angel Industries is not responsible or liable for the misuse of the EED products and reminds the user that in order to purchase the Arc Angel Industries EED product he or she has agreed to the safe, proper, and legal use of the product and has agreed to keep the EED product out of the hands of minors and unauthorized persons not familiar with safe, proper, and legal use of the device. It is the responsibility of the buyer and/or user and not the seller to possess, transport, and use all EED products safely, responsibly, and legally.
All Electronic Energy Devices should be stored in luggage and baggage checked for air travel. We are not responsible if customs confiscates your EED. We are not responsible for Duties or Import Taxes.
